Those of you who have been with us a few years have probably noticed we love to find reasons to give away Meltdown tickets. Well we’re at it again and are starting off early this year. Everyone who donates to Terra Roots during our 2012 Annual Appeal (now through the Winter Warmup) will be entered in a drawing for free tickets. Join the supporters, staff and volunteers who have already made their tax-deductible donations, and help us reach our $10,000 goal.

We have some pretty exciting things to announce this month. The 5th Annual Winter Warm Up is fast approaching — read on for more on discounted early bird tickets and our new “Backstage Passes”. And …. ! …. Summer Meltdown 12 dates are finally locked in!!!

Terra Roots presents the 5th Annual Winter Warmup: A kick off to the Summer Meltdown Festival featuring Flowmotion is The True Spokes, The Mother Hips, Star Anna, Jimmy Russell, and Kenny Liner. This year’s Warmup spans two nights: one in Portland and one in Seattle. In addition, Meltdown tickets will be for sale for only $80 and it’s a Flowmotion/True Spokes album release!

It’s time to reconnect, re-energize and revisit that special place we call “Meltdown.” That’s right, it’s time for the 2nd Annual Meltdown Encore! This year we are excited to welcome back to the stage Wassabi Collective, Black Cherry Crush, Buzz Brump and a special set from Josh Clauson, with members of Flowmotion (and friends)!

The number of people involved in something like this is … well … thousands! It just takes too long to name everyone by name, so we’ll just say it the one time. Thank you!
