From the breathtaking Whitehorse Mountain Amphitheater in Darrington, Washington, we give you the 12th Annual Summer Meltdown Festival — Coming August 10, 11, 12
We’re really excited for another great year and we hope you are too! So spread the word, it’s Meltdown time again!
HOWEVER, before we can Meltdown, you know we gotta Warm Up! Join us for our 2 night Winter Warm-Up affair, Feb 3rd & 4th!
This year’s Warm Up spans two nights: First in Portland, OR on February 3rd, and then in Seattle on February 4th! The Meltdown Winter Warm up is our kick off to the Summer Meltdown Festival, featuring Flowmotion is The True Spokes, The Mother Hips, Star Anna, Jimmy Russell, and Kenny Liner. In addition, Meltdown 12 early bird weekend passes will be on sale for only $80, AND it’s a Flowmotion/True Spokes album release!
Save $20 off the lowest ticket price for Summer Meltdown 2012 when purchased at either Winter Warm Up show — that’s $80 for a 4-day weekend pass that includes your tent camping (and for those of you keeping track, that means NO price increase from last years early earlybird tix… just because we love you).

Something NEW for you hardcore fans! In addition to Early Bird Meltdown Tickets, we are stoked to announce the arrival of “Backstage Passes”! These add-on passes are available in very limited quantities to folks who support us all year long – meaning we will only be selling these first-come, first-serve at the Winter Warmup and select other events throughout the spring and summer – these aren’t available on the Web site or at ticket outlets. They are $150 each and include credentials for one night backstage at Meltdown, plus backstage dinner and drinks. Buy your Backstage Pass (or Passes!) at the Winter Warmup, and when you arrive at Meltdown visit the info booth to pick up your credentials. *Just remember, your behavior backstage is governed by the same rules as everyone else which means your sticky can (and will) be removed by security if you are misbehaving.
Before we get too far into this festival season, we need to THANK YOU for making Summer Meltdown what it is! You are what sets Summer Meltdown apart. Without the energy and participation of this amazing community, we would be just another music fest. The ideas and enthusiasm and creativity that come so naturally to this big and crazy Meltdown family is what drives us to keep on keeping on in the increasingly difficult world of music events.
